The people behind the magic; we wouldn’t be anywhere without our incredibly talented and dedicated Kitchen Brigade. "Coming up with new dishes and ideas."

What’s your favourite dish to cook at home?
"Something simple, like a fresh chicken burger with cheese and bacon."

If you weren’t a Chef, what would you be doing?
"I would like to be a rapper."

"50 Cent"

What song gets you pumped for a busy shift?
"I like a variety of music, but you can’t go wrong with Eminem."

What do you love most about your Job?
"Positive customer feedback. Nothing is more rewarding than hearing how much people enjoy your food."

What’s your favourite dish to cook at home?
"Spaghetti Carbonara, simple but effective."

If you weren’t a Chef, what would you be doing?
"I’d like to think I’d be a Welsh teacher."

"Jackie Chan. I’ve watched his films since I was a child. Awesome guy!"

"Anything by Lindsey Stirling or Parkway Drive, Electric violin or heavy metal always does the trick."

"Coming up with new dishes; creating new and exciting things, you know? Playing with food, coming up with something new or finding a different way to do something that’s been done before".

What’s your favourite dish to cook at home?
"Ramen".

If you weren’t a Chef, what would you be doing?
"That’s a difficult one… Working for a games company; an Artist in a games company. Something artistic – something along those lines".

"Robin Williams".

"Ooooh – 'Five Finger Death Punch' – I apologise”.

What do you love most about your Job?
"I like the progression of the stages. So, I like weighing out all the ingredients putting it all together and then seeing the end result"

"I’m a fan of one pan, stir fries, Israeli dishes where you just whack everything in a pan, crack some eggs on top, whack it in the oven"

"Something in hospitality, whether that would be front of house, or Bar or Restaurant Manager".

"Looney- ‘I command you’. It’s a drum and bass song. Not that we can play it in the kitchen"

"I think I would be a children's nanny or child minder".

What do you love most about your Job?
I like helping the chef’s out and doing the veg prep'.

What’s your favourite dish to cook at home?
I like doing pasta with sauce. I also like making cupcakes, because they’re easy to do, with chocolate icing.

If you weren’t a Kitchen Porter, what would you be doing?
Bake cakes all day!

Name one person you’d have dinner with, dead or alive?
My grandfather – he was good fun to have dinner with. He had a funny sense of humour.
