Branding 'The Court Restaurant'

Our philosophy

It has always been our view that’s one of the central experiences of a proper Welsh country house welcome is great food. That’s why we take pride in the best possible dishes carefully sourced with high quality local ingredients.

Our two rosette restaurant has well earned its foodie reputation, and our menu is driven by our restored walled Kitchen Garden, which yields about 100 different varieties of fresh fruits, herbs and heritage variety vegetables. We are a firm believer that our food yards (not miles) make all the difference and set us apart from other eateries in Monmouthshire.

When you arrive, why don’t you pop down to the garden and have a look at what might be on your plate for dinner? We are always more then happy to have a chat about what’s happening in the walled garden – or if you’re really lucky, you might run into Chris who’d love nothing more than to show you around.

We also offer Al Fresco Dining on the terrace with a stunning view across the lawn and over the lake.

But don’t just take our word for it, come and try our dishes for yourself. You can book a table by calling us any time on 01873 860678 or emailing us at reception@llch.co.uk

We look forward to welcoming you to our very special little corner of Monmouthshire.
